About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team at the Cotton On Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enabling our vision by measuring and projecting financial performance to inform decision making and influence strategic objectives.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for producing management accounts for all areas relating to inventory according to the Group's expectations to meet financial objectives. You will also prepare and present month-end result analysis of performance against budgets and forecasts to make recommendations that align with our strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and generate new reports that assist in providing insights and add value to the business
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support audits
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Accounting role
  • Degree / qualification in relevant field (Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance)
  • Completed or working towards CPA & CA qualifications
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
