Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Tenancy Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality tenancy services to residents in department-owned Specialist Disability Accommodation with Disability Homes Victoria.

About the Role

  • The Tenancy Officer will establish and manage individual tenancies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, and policy.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to residents, their families, and support networks.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders to ensure resident needs are met.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Ability to work flexibly.
