In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the claims team. You will work closely with the team to process claim payments, update tracking reports, manage claims in systems, and handle debt recovery files.
You will also be required to distribute mail, maintain file archives, and respond to client queries via email. Additionally, you will assist with general office administration tasks and maintain and update the client database.
This position involves working behind the scenes of the insurance process, but may require interaction with customers via phone during peak periods. You will have the opportunity to work with one of Australia's largest landlord insurance companies, which has been in operation for over 30 years.

Your Benefits- A competitive salary of $78,000 + Super (full-time equivalent base salary).
