Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting a variety of engaging engagements as a claims specialist.
- Assess liability, treatment appropriateness, and return-to-work strategies using legislative frameworks and clinical guidelines.
- Performing targeted claim reviews to drive improved injured worker and claim outcomes.
- Facilitating case conferences with treating providers to review treatment progress and discuss alignment with clinical frameworks.
- Identifying claims management gaps, delays, or missed opportunities and providing actionable insights.
- Delivering high levels of customer service within relevant service charters.
- Collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on review findings and recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and data entry using various claims management systems.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in personal injury claims management is essential for this role. Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to produce clear and accurate claims notes are also required.
