We are seeking an accomplished Claims Expert to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of claims, providing technical support on claims strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, coach and mentor claims consultants to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and leverage expertise to develop team capabilities.
- Proven experience as a Senior Claims Consultant in Life Insurance managing end-to-end retail claims with a strong understanding of LICOP and the Insurance Contracts Act.
- Expertise in managing multiple policies, resolving complaints, and reviewing disputed claims with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
