">Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients;">
  • Acting as a liaison between the business, insurance clients, claimants, policyholders, and customers regarding claim status and eligibility for coverage;">
  • Reviewing claims to ensure invoicing requirements are met, updating accounts as necessary, answering inquiries, and making recommendations for resolution;">
  • Managing database records;">
  • E nsuring legislative requirements, Service Level Agreements, and client requirements are adhered to;">
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required;">
