Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing maintenance best practices to ensure equipment is maintained to high safety, productivity, and reliability standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing maintenance strategies to achieve optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to manage lead times on parts
  • Prioritizing work and managing time effectively
  • Forecasting costs for short to mid-term field work
  • Developing plans that support the maintenance function to meet business needs
  • Maintaining relationships with internal departments and key suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory, legislative, WH&S standards, and site policies and procedures

About You:

  • A Mechanical Trade or Engineering qualification
  • 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Planner (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, maintenance planning, and scheduling principles and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with safety systems and processes, including JSEAs, risk assessments, and permits
