A Support Services Professional is sought to perform a range of duties in support of our aged care residents, working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of efficient and customer-focused services across the facility, maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and steam cleaning of floors, detail dusting, glass cleaning, and kitchen cleaning to ensure compliance to Infection Control and Food Safety Standards across all areas.
Assisting in the ongoing tidiness of public areas, including assisting with linen replacement, transportation, and movement of equipment and stock as required. Additionally, the candidate may be required to assist with laundry management and housekeeping duties to support quality and efficient service to residents, including food service activities if needed.
