About This Role

As an Aged Care Assistant, you will build positive relationships with clients and work independently while supported by a dedicated leadership team.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older Australians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with daily tasks and routines
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Facilitating community access and outings
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment)
