Independent Living Support Specialist

The Night Assistant plays a vital role in empowering our customers to live independently, fulfilling and dignified lives in our Independent Living services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to residents requiring physical personal care during the night, ensuring dignity and privacy are upheld.
- Recognise distress and identify positive ways to reduce it.
- Encourage independence in residents where possible.
- Actively participate in specified care management programmes.
- Assist with laundry and catering skills.
- You will have an optimistic approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- A flexible, non-judgmental attitude is essential for this role.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment within a residential setting for vulnerable adult clients is desirable.
- Basic administrative skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), are beneficial.
