We are seeking a Facilitator to provide care and support to clients living in their own homes. This is a part-time opportunity that requires flexibility and a positive attitude.

About the Role
  • Provide care and support to clients living in their own homes, promoting their independence and improving their quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Support clients to participate in community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Drive between clients using your own vehicle, ensuring safe transportation.
Requirements
  • A current NDIS Worker screening check.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (required before starting).
  • Open Drivers License and access to a vehicle.
  • Car Insurance that is in your name.
  • Experience working in the Disability sector or similar field is ideal but not essential.
