Desktop Support Analyst Job Description

Our ideal candidate is a passionate, customer-focused desktop support analyst with hands-on experience supporting VIP customers. You will work in a highly collaborative manner with your team and the colleagues you support across Australia.

This role requires providing exceptional customer service to all our staff, diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues, and identifying situations requiring urgent attention. You will also build and deploy desktops and laptops, maintain accurate inventory of local equipment, and assist with software and hardware installation and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all staff

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in an enterprise desktop support or service desk role
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong IT troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and identify issues
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Office 365, and basic network concepts
