About the Role

As a Strategic Business Partner in Human Resources, you will be instrumental in partnering with our teams to assess and respond to business demand for strategic support. You will play a pivotal role as a visible leader across the business, developing a culture that encourages accountability and collaboration.

This is a permanent full-time position offering flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether at home or one of our South East Queensland-based offices. There may be occasions when you are expected to work from the office, and occasional travel may be part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support HR strategy
  • Implement national service delivery standards
  • Develop creative solutions to business challenges
  • Facilitate organisational redesign activities
  • Provide professional advice and coaching support to leadership teams
  • Ensure quality customer service and efficient delivery of services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Significant experience in generalist HR positions or business partnering
  • Able to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
