Job Description
Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making across the organisation.
Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimisation.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.
Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports and forecasts.
Support budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Offer financial insights to assist in risk management and compliance adherence.
Drive process improvements within the accounting and finance function.
Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external partners.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Strategic Finance Business Partner should have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional membership with a recognised accounting body (e.g., CPA or CA).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
Experience in the business services industry or a similar field.
Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Australia.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
