Senior Event Manager

This is a senior-level position that involves managing high-end events across the nation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the crew and contractors. You will work closely with the creative team to bring innovative designs to life and attend site visits to provide expert advice on events.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in the events industry, with expertise in temporary installations. You should also possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate creative designs with the Creative team to deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Manage the Lighting and Technical department to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate cost projections within budget for lighting services.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring equipment is prepared and tested for future projects.
  • Estimate project production costs using our quoting system.
  • Maintain an accurate event schedule, ensuring projects run smoothly within timelines.
  • Meet with clients to discuss briefs and product options.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding services provided.
  • Oversee installation projects and assist with team recruitment and scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the events industry with expertise in temporary installations.
  • Excellent leadership qualities to motivate and inspire the crew and contractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
