Job Overview

The Events Manager is a pivotal role within the team, responsible for leading and managing events to ensure operational requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the events team to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting operational goals.
  • Maximize revenue from external events by upselling services and cross-selling property offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients throughout event planning and delivery.
  • Manage events efficiently by controlling costs while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of all events, coordinating with suppliers, venue managers, and executives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in event management, hospitality preferred (3-4 years management experience).
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Qualification in Event Management or related field is advantageous.
