HR Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in collecting, organizing and analyzing HR data related to remuneration, benefits, employee engagement, performance and other HR metrics.

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will produce insightful analysis and commentary on HR data and metrics, making recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains.

The successful candidate will be experienced in designing and developing dashboards using Power BI, creating visualizations and reports that present data in a clear, concise and compelling way. Additionally, the ability to test and validate dashboards to ensure they meet requirements and are accurate, reliable and secure is essential.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR data analytics, specifically in remuneration analysis
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to produce high-quality, dynamic reports and dashboards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends and insights in data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders
