Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of HR Systems and Analytics Specialist. This position involves providing administrative support and compiling HR data and metrics from various systems, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines, and managing internal data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage HR data and metrics from HRIS and payroll outputs
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant HR laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain internal data processes
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Business analysis capabilities
  • Experience in analyzing complex data and presenting findings in a clear format
  • Advanced skills in PowerBI
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle and Kronos
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
