Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to join our team and drive strategic workforce decisions through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on HR, people analytics, or workforce planning. They will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex HR data from various systems, including Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards that highlight workforce trends, employee lifecycle metrics, DEI outcomes, attrition risks, engagement, and more. They will also use storytelling and visualization techniques to present insights in a compelling and accessible way.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about using data to improve employee experience and business outcomes. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed data into decision-making processes and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex HR data from various systems.
  • Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards that highlight workforce trends and metrics.
  • Use storytelling and visualization techniques to present insights in a compelling and accessible way.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into analytics projects and insights.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to define success metrics and drive decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on HR, people analytics, or workforce planning.
  • Strong technical capability with tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Python, R, or similar for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience working and modeling HR data from systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
