Housekeeping Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional cleanliness standards across the property.

The successful candidate will oversee the full operations of the housekeeping department, including managing budgets, driving continuous improvement in service standards, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

About the Role
  • Oversee the full operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to consistently deliver excellent cleaning services.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with team members, clients, contractors, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Cleanliness and Presentation: Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation is maintained throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
  2. Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to consistently deliver excellent cleaning services.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain productive relationships with team members, clients, contractors, and other departments.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing or supervising a housekeeping team.
  • Budget Management: Strong ability to control and manage departmental budgets, supplies, consumables, and resources.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and engage a diverse team.
