We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Site Manager to take charge of high-standard cleaning operations within an industrial/ warehouse distribution environment, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.

About the Role:

As a Cleaning Site Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated cleaning team, ensuring high cleaning standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will play a crucial role in team coordination, quality assurance, and compliance with site-specific cleaning requirements. Your ability to manage workflows, ensure compliance, and build strong client relationships will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring cleaning excellence across the worksite (this includes temperature-controlled environments).

Managing and training cleaning teams.

Driving compliance with workplace health & safety standards.

Preparing detailed reports (ie incidents, personnel, operational status).

Coordinating with stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.

Proactively identifying and addressing site issues

What We're Looking For:

Experience inindustrial or facility cleaningis essential.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Confident in handling reporting and compliance documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Flexible, adaptable, and thrives under pressure

Must have full working rights in Australia

A valid driver's license is preferred
