We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and supporting the night shift cleaning team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and support the night shift cleaning team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Clean floors, walls, drains, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and tools.
  • Operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
  • Coordinate and assign cleaning duties based on production schedules and sanitation requirements.
  • Ensure the safe and proper use of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
  • Maintain accurate data and records for audit purposes.
  • Train and mentor new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Conduct inspections of cleaned areas and equipment to verify compliance with sanitation and food safety standards.
  • Create and update SOPs and task instructions as per requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Team management experience and industrial cleaning experience essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and compliance.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work overnight hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.
  • FMCG experience (preferred).
  • Industrial machine cleaning experience (preferred).
