We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Cleaning Operator to join our team at a premium retail site in Aspley.

Start Date: 6th August, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently, maintaining a strong work ethic.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Hold an unrestricted Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
  • Availability to work Monday to Thursday 16:00-23:36 & Friday 18:30-02:06.
  • Ability to pass a Criminal History Check.
  • Previous supervisory experience will be highly regarded.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to working in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Excellent mobility and the ability to walk for long periods.
  • A friendly and approachable disposition.
  • A strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
  • Previous experience in using a ride-on scrubber is preferred but not essential.
