About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in the disability sector, and will possess a deep understanding of person-centred approaches and NDIS principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their goals and objectives, and develop personalized support plans to achieve them.
  • Manage new client intake, assessment, and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
  • Monitor client engagement, including support goals, outcomes, and reviews, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide Personal Support Workers to meet client and business needs, providing coaching and training opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the recruitment of Personal Support Workers to match client requirements, using effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Timely incident management and feedback support, ensuring that incidents are responded to promptly and effectively.
  • Develop strategies to align with client needs and preferences, ensuring that our services are responsive and flexible.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the disability sector.
  • Understanding of NDIS principles and person-centred approaches.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • High-level critical thinking and effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
  • NDIS Workers Clearance Check and WWC Card required.
