About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Client Outcomes Lead to work within our Strategy and Risk division. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the client outcomes measurement tool.

Your Key Focus
  • Develop a project plan and implement the client outcomes measurement tool (the tool) in Supported Independent Living (SIL).
  • Develop, coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and implement a broader roll-out of the tool to understand client outcomes.
  • Support stakeholders, including leaders and managers, in driving adoption of the tool.
  • Development and provision of training in the use of the tool.
  • Development of resources to assist with implementation.
  • Monitor and report on the implementation.
  • Communicate insights and impact ensuring data can be used to influence practice.
  • Ensure on-time deliverables.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Provide advice to inform continuous implementation improvement.

  • Experience and knowledge within the disability and/or community sector.
  • Ability to think and work strategically and collaboratively.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills.
What We Look For
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in disability or community services, project management or related field relevant to the position.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing multi-stakeholder projects or programs within the disability sector is essential.
  • Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills including the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships.
