We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Outcomes Lead to work within our Strategy and Risk division. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the client outcomes measurement tool.

This involves developing a project plan and implementing the client outcomes measurement tool in Supported Independent Living (SIL). You will also develop resources to assist with implementation and monitor and report on the project's progress.

This role requires experience and knowledge within the disability and/or community sector. You should be able to think strategically and collaboratively and build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in disability or community services, project management or related field relevant to the position are essential.
