Role Overview
The Workforce Policy and Integrity team plays a key role in implementing strategies to mitigate risk, contributing to the management of governance frameworks, building a strong culture, supporting leadership, and sustaining workplace integrity. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure responsiveness to current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and managing a diverse team to develop and maintain policy instruments across the organization.
- Developing business processes with a focus on stakeholder engagement, efficiency, coordination, and collaboration.
- Delivering high-quality advice within a changing environment and competing priorities.
- Identifying emergent issues that may impact organizational priorities.
- Providing advice and developing policies and procedures.
- Identifying strategic priorities, legislative requirements, and operational opportunities.
- Managing competing priorities and requests for briefs, reports, and plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and high-level negotiation skills.
- Supportive leadership to lead a team through complex settings.
