We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Centre Director in leading and guiding our team to deliver high-quality early learning and care for children.

The successful applicant will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, as well as managing the overall operations of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to advance your career and contribute to building a thriving business. As the Assistant Director, you will leverage your expertise and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to develop innovative curriculums tailored to the children's individual needs and interests, aligning with the Early Years' Learning Framework.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless operation and continuity.
