Leadership Role in Early Learning

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead our team of early learning professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in providing high-quality education and care to our children.

  1. Mentorship and Development: Support the Centre Director in mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care and education.
  2. Fostering Community Relationships: Build respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage with the local community networks to enhance the learning experience.
  3. Implementing Operational Excellence: Use and implement operational strategies to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality education and care, and will have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
