Assistant Centre Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and confident leader to help drive the success of our centre. We are seeking an experienced early childhood professional ready to step into or grow within a leadership role.

About the Role:
  • Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with the Centre Director to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Mentor and guide educators to deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families, focusing on quality improvement and meeting NQS standards.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to enhance the overall experience of children, families, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (as recognised by ACECQA).
  • Valid Working With Children Check.
  • First Aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training.
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role such as 2IC, Assistant Director, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
