Job OverviewAs a high-end Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the bar, ensuring the highest level of guest service and team member performance. You will also develop innovative service enhancements and lead a professional hospitality team.
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all set-up duties are completed on time.
- Assist in the training and evaluating of restaurant personnel and enforce food and beverage policies and procedures.
- Ensure sanitation compliance throughout the restaurant.
- Promote positive customer relations and handle customer complaints effectively.
To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field, and a minimum of two (2) year experience as a high-end Restaurant & Bar Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.
