We are on the lookout for enthusiastic people who want to engage in awesome teamwork and are ready, willing, and able to learn new skills.

As a member of the Hungry Jack’s Restaurant Leadership Team you will be mentored, trained and upskilled for success.

Your training will be met with quality trainers some with over 20 years experience in the business. We are in an industrial area so most of our time is spent Monday to Friday during the day with our busy peak times during the week being between 7.00am-5pm

You will play a key role in the restaurant as a leader in the service and production areas of our restaurant. You will lead a team where guests are placed at the centre of the business, where team work is essential to deliver on our Guests expectations and employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

**Key components of the role**:

- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Training staff to follow Hungry Jack's Procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organising schedules
- Keeping track of employees’ hours
- Recording payroll data
- Ordering food, paper supplies and cleaning products
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Coordinating daily front
- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
- Appraising staff performance
- Interviewing/recruiting new employees
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
- Part-time hours and Full -time hours are available for the management role: 30-38 per week.
- Must have Fast Food Experience or Management Experience in retail or Hospitality
- Penalty rates on weekends and after 10pm apply.
- No late nights, or overnights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour
