Key Position: Bar Supervisor

  • Ensure all set-up duties are completed on time.
  • Train and evaluate staff members, enforcing food and beverage policies and procedures.
  • Promote positive customer relations, handle customer complaints, and ensure sanitation compliance throughout the establishment.
Essential Requirements:
  • A degree in Hospitality or Business is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience as a high-end Restaurant & Bar Manager.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage/Hospitality principles and practices is essential.
  • Experience in supervising professional hospitality teams is a must.
