The role of a Bar Manager is crucial in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Job Overview

A successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the bar, maintaining high standards of service and team performance.

This entails developing innovative service enhancements, promoting positive customer relations, and effectively addressing any complaints.

In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for training and evaluating restaurant personnel, enforcing food and beverage policies, and fostering a winning work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, encouraging team members to continuously deliver exceptional service.
Requirements

A degree in Hospitality or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years' experience as a high-end Restaurant & Bar Manager or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Candidates must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.

A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and financial control, is essential.
