Strategic Wholesale Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a skilled and commercially astute Business Development Manager to oversee the growth of our Footwear, Textile and Accessories categories across key wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve seasonal sell-in targets
- Design and negotiate tailored terms, pricing, and trading agreements with buying teams
- Lead seasonal product presentations and collaborate with Merchandising to create assortments aligned with brand objectives
- Oversee end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring on-time, in-full fulfilment through close collaboration with Operations and Logistics
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, monitor order intake, and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with buyers, planners, and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
- Analyse market, competitor, and sell-through data to inform commercial decisions
- Proven experience in business development within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation, and influencing skills
- Exceptional presentation skills, able to engage and inspire buying teams
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint
- Passion for premium retail and building strong brand partnerships
