The Wholesale Manager role presents a unique opportunity to lead and drive operational excellence in the licensing and general merchandise space.

About The Role

  • Lead and mentor a team across sales coordination and customer service, overseeing a team of six, including Sales Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and ensure seamless day-to-day operations within the wholesale channel.
  • Support the sales team to manage key wholesale accounts and build strong partnerships.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and end-to-end customer experience.
  • Closely collaborate with licensing, product, and logistics teams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing wholesale operations, preferably within licensing or general merchandise market.
