Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional to lead our customer experience initiatives.

  • You will be responsible for creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • You have assisted in training & developing your team to meet operational standards.
  • Prior experience with Visual Merchandising is required.
  • You are comfortable managing high stock volumes and processing deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks.
About the Role

This is a fixed-term position at 38 hours/week.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance.

  • Your key focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand values.
  • You will assist in implementing sales strategies and visual merchandising plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

  • Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in maintaining store appearance and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks.
