
Lead Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional to lead our customer experience initiatives.
- You will be responsible for creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections that drive engagement and loyalty.
- You have assisted in training & developing your team to meet operational standards.
- Prior experience with Visual Merchandising is required.
- You are comfortable managing high stock volumes and processing deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks.
This is a fixed-term position at 38 hours/week.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance.
- Your key focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand values.
- You will assist in implementing sales strategies and visual merchandising plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Develop and implement customer experience initiatives.
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks.
