Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, escalating issues, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:- Handling customer calls, emails, and online queries in a professional and timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to senior staff members or management as required
- Providing accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Prior experience in a trade or industry-related role is highly advantageous
