- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to manage inventory levels, transportation, and distribution across Australia, focusing on rural areas.
- Process credit approvals, disputes, and reconciliation according to established company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for rural distributors, providing support and fostering long-term relationships.
- Provide accurate quotes and address general customer inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities where possible.
- Ensure order fulfillment meets customer expectations by processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer complaints using our quality management system, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and closure of issues.
- Continuously improve the customer experience and overall value proposition.
This position requires a candidate who can effectively manage competing priorities, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to a market-leading rural industry.
Requirements- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or logistics is essential.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with existing customers and resolve issues promptly and efficiently is required.
