About the Role

This job presents a prime opportunity for an experienced HR professional to assume a critical advisory position. The role requires partnership with business leaders and teams to enhance employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and support leaders on strategic workforce matters;
  • Lead complex case management, including investigations and regulatory affairs;
  • Drive initiatives to boost workplace culture, engagement, and retention across the organization;
  • Mentor and support other People & Culture team members;
  • Contribute to policy development, workforce planning, and organizational change projects; and
  • Provide on-site support at branch locations nationwide.
About You

We seek a confident HR professional who excels in building strong relationships and navigating complex workplace issues. Ideally,

  • You will have demonstrated experience in generalist HR / People & Culture roles with a strong focus on employment relations and regulatory compliance;
  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels;
  • Proven experience handling complex case management with confidence; and
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for workplace culture and engagement.
