Key Responsibilities
  • Developing strategies for managing employment matters by leveraging knowledge of employment legislation, workforce frameworks, awards, agreements, policies, and guidelines.
  • Partnering with managers at all levels to deliver technical and strategic advice on intricate employment issues.
  • Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide solutions for workforce and employee matters.
  • Fostering productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Possessing tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in human resources or a related field is highly desirable.
  • The position may require occasional travel on official business; possession of a C-class driver's license may be necessary.
