An opportunity exists for a Workforce Advisor to provide operational employment advice and case management in accordance with the human resource industrial framework, occasionally needing support or guidance from the Principal Advisor or Senior Advisor.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide operational advice and recommendations on the management and resolution of employment matters including organisational change, complaints, performance, conduct and discipline.
- Escalate complex matters to the Senior Advisor Workforce where appropriate.
- Undertake research and analysis within the HR industrial framework and external sources to develop advice and recommendations relating to operational employment matters.
