About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement professional to join our team as Head of Procurement Excellence, UK&I. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives and developing strong supplier relationships to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver procurement projects and initiatives
  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance and value for money
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement tools and systems, including sourcing software and contract management
