Job Title: Head of Procurement Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Procurement Excellence to join our team at Pladis Foods Limited. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for driving procurement excellence across the UK&I region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the procurement team to ensure effective sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and expectations
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance and implement improvements as necessary
  • Identify and manage procurement risks to protect the organization's interests
Requirements:
  • Essential experience in procurement, with a proven track record of success in running a category at regional or global level
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a complex and multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build a long-term strategic vision
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Available to work in Chiswick 3 days a week, with travel to factories and suppliers as required
