Job Description

**Job Title:** Head of Procurement Excellence, UK&I

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement professional to lead our Procurement team in the UK&I region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic procurement initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance and implement improvements as necessary
  • Lead the End-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) process, ensuring compliance and continuously improving the process
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sourcing guidelines to ensure fairness, transparency, and value for money
  • Manage purchase, supplier relationships, contract management, and invoice processing
  • Lead Regional procurement transformation projects
  • Act as a single point of contact for sustainable procurement information and guidance

**Requirements:**

  • Essential experience in Procurement (with shown success in running a Category at regional or global level, in a worldwide organization)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity within a complex and multicultural environment
  • Shown ability to work with cross-functional teams, with a collaborative mindset
  • Natural leadership & influence skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to be hands on operationally as well as building a long-term strategic vision
  • Advanced Excel & Power Point skills
  • Available to work in Chiswick 3 days a week (Preferable) travel on request to factories & suppliers
