Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge to excel.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, driving business growth and success.
  • Cultivate client engagement, delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Contribute to annual reviews and career development discussions, empowering staff to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience at the Principal level, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong passion for building and maintaining a positive office culture.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Degree qualification in Science, Commerce, Technology, or a related field.
