Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Research and Development team.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with clients across various industries to help them maximise their access to R&D tax incentives and other government grants.

  • Lead R&D tax claims for clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals.
  • Build trusted relationships with finance and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and scope eligible R&D activities and expenditures under current legislation.
  • Advise on government grants and incentives.
  • Review technical and financial documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of R&D activities in line with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have strong problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have experience in R&D tax consulting and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A key aspect of this role is building relationships with clients and stakeholders, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in STEM, Software Engineering, Commerce, or Law.
  • Experience in R&D tax consulting, ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
  • A problem-solving mindset and passion for innovation.
