In this role, you'll help clients maximise their access to R&D tax incentives and other government grants. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, integrity, and continuous growth.

  • Lead R&D tax claims for clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals.
  • Build trusted relationships with finance and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and scope eligible R&D activities and expenditures under current legislation.
  • Advise on government grants and incentives.
  • Review technical and financial documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of R&D activities in line with regulatory guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
