About the Role
  • Lead R&D tax claims for clients across various industries, from start-ups to multinationals, providing expert guidance on compliance and quality.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Scope and manage R&D projects to guarantee timely delivery, leveraging industry trends and best practices in R&D tax consulting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth and development, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in R&D tax consulting, applying expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service, driving business outcomes through strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), software engineering, commerce, or law are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in R&D tax consulting, preferably within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm, is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in industry trends and regulatory changes.
