Senior Consultant, R&D and Government Incentives

Becoming a Senior Consultant, R&D and Government Incentives means working with clients to help them maximise their access to tax incentives and government grants. You will lead R&D tax claims for clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals.
You'll build trusted relationships with finance and technical stakeholders, identify and scope eligible R&D activities and expenditures under current legislation, and advise on government grants and incentives. You'll also review technical and financial documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
In this role, you'll have opportunities to work with cutting-edge industries and technologies, lead client engagements, and shape strategic outcomes. You'll develop leadership and advisory capabilities, and be part of a supportive environment with access to national resources and mentoring.
- Tertiary qualifications in STEM, Software Engineering, Commerce, or Law
- Experience in R&D tax consulting, ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and passion for innovation
